We offer maintenance and support on all our systems and equipment. Our maintenance and support packages can be tailor-made to suit your requirements.

- Priority One Status – Ensures maintenance contract customers have the highest priority response at all times
- Call Monitoring – Dedicated out of hours call monitoring service with engineer call back
- No Call-out Charges – No charges for contract customers’ call-outs during normal working hours
- No Parts Charges – No charges for contract hardware repairs and replacement parts
- No Labour Charges – No charges for labour during normal working hours
- Remote Access – We can remotely access your system for assisting with and diagnosing any problems, and where possible implementing a fix
- Helpdesk – Unlimited telephone assistance and support during normal working hours
- Nationwide Cover – Our head office engineers and support staff work in conjunction with our strategically based nationwide field engineers
- Peace Of Mind – One call to resolve all your problems with the advantage of knowing there will be no additional or unexpected costs
EPOS System Maintenance & Support
We offer options for both software and hardware support – so that you have the peace of mind that your business is protected. We understand that your EPOS system is a vital part of your business activity, and through our experience and expertise we aim to ensure that if you require maintenance, your systems will remain operational with minimum disruption.
Helpdesk hours are offered to our contract customers;
Monday to Friday 8.00am to 10.00pm
Saturday 8.00am to 10:00pm
Sunday 9.00am to 10:00pm
Bank Holidays 8.30am to 10:00pm
System call outs are available 365 days a year.
